Facts you should know about our community to relay to prospective homeowners:

• There are three separate and distinct associations in our community. The Condo Association consists of 71 units (buildings 1-11, and 15)

• The Townhome Association consists of 126 units in buildings 12-14, 16-38 (building 18 is our Recreation Center).

• There is also a Recreation Center Board represented by Condo and Townhome Owners. Each has their own Deeds, Covenants and By-Laws for governance.
